About Us
Located in northern California Wine Country, the Ukiah Unified School District serves approximately 6,000 students, from preschoolers through adults. The district includes six elementary schools, two middle schools, and a comprehensive high school. In addition, our district offers an early education preschool, independent learning opportunities for elementary and high school students, an alternative education high school, and an adult learning center. Our strategic focus is on honoring the EPIC Journey students, staff, and parents are on together throughout a student's public school career. Our goal is for students to graduate prepared to start a career or enter college. Our process is to help students achieve a year's worth of growth in a year's time. For students who are behind, we strive to help them grow even faster to catch up to grade level expectations. With the support of our community, we're excited about the EPIC Journey we're on!
