Additionally, we are monitoring the storm and will communicate with you immediately if anything affects the beginning of school on Monday. We have no plans to close schools now, although conditions may change rapidly. You will not receive another communication from us unless it becomes necessary to close school or modify the schedule.
We will use all of the usual means of communication (calls, texts, emails, Facebook posts, www.uusd.net) until, in the rare instance, these channels become unavailable. We will also communicate with local radio stations to get information out to the public in the case of a school closure or modified schedule. Please be aware of our early release and late start schedules that may be needed during any school closure or emergency situation.
