Update: 11:00 a.m. on October 15: Our telephone services have been fully restored.
Update: 4:20 p.m. Our telephone service provider has said its “engineers are continuing to see signs of recovery and are taking further steps to mitigate the issues. For some customers, placing outbound calls may be problematic, but these services appear to be largely restored.”
Because problems may still be ongoing, we encourage parents to continue using email and ParentSquare to communicate with schools. If the system has been given a clean bill of health, we will provide an update on Tuesday morning.
Earlier: The telephone provider for Ukiah Unified School District is experiencing technical problems resulting in an outage across our system. They are working to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Emergency communications channels at all schools remain functional. We will post an update when service is restored.
