Winter Weather Schedule Updates

As we enter the winter months, it's important to stay prepared for potential weather-related schedule changes. In our community, rain events can lead to flooding, downed trees blocking roads, and power outages. While snow is rare, these conditions may require us to adjust the school schedule by canceling classes, starting late, or dismissing early, depending on the situation.

Here’s how we will keep you informed of any changes:

  1. Direct Notifications: We will send updates directly to parents and staff via ParentSquare. Messages will go out through email, text, and voice call. Please ensure your contact information is up-to-date in our system.
  2. Online Updates: Changes will also be posted on our district website and our social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, and X).
  3. Media Alerts: We will notify local media outlets, including the Ukiah Daily Journal and local radio stations.

Important Reminder:

  • If you do NOT hear from us, school is operating on its regular schedule. We ONLY communicate schedule changes. No notification means there are no deviations to report.

Thank you for your attention and for ensuring your contact information is current so that we can reach you promptly.
