Ukiah Unified Trustees adopt a resolution declaring former Redwood Valley Elementary School property as exempt surplus land At its regular Board Meeting on October 13, 2022, Ukiah Unified Trustees adopted Resolution 6, 2022-23, declaring the Redwood Valley School property as exempt surplus land and will take the steps necessary or appropriate to effect the sale or lease of the property in accordance with applicable laws and education code.
